My name is Tom Lemler and I am working as the director of prayer for Impact Ministries International. I have worked in paid youth ministry for 12 years, most recently with the Deer Run Church of Christ in South Bend, Indiana, prior to God’s calling me to full time ministry with Impact. The prayer ministry of Impact is equipping individuals, small groups, and church congregations to pursue intimacy with God through prayer and His Word. This prepares people to be the “house of prayer” that we are to become as the temple — or dwelling place — of the living God. Another aspect of the prayer ministry involves prayer gatherings, prayer walks, prayer journeys, and concerts of prayer throughout North America.
I am available to represent Impact Ministries International and Impact Prayer Ministry. My preaching and teaching are designed to connect you and your congregation with God by helping you seek intimacy with Him. I will also be leading Prayer Journeys, Prayer Gatherings, Concerts of Prayer, and other prayer events for Impact at various locations throughout the year.
On February 3, 2000, God stamped on my mind Ezekiel 22:30 as a life verse that I constantly use to refocus when I begin to drift. In it, God says this, “I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none.”
